Data we collect

Data you give us: name, email, phone or WhatsApp, business name and type, and anything you write in the form or the chat.

Data from your conversation with our assistant: the messages you exchange, the language and the page you write from.

Basic technical data: information your browser sends automatically, such as IP address and device type, used for security and to make the site work.

How we use it

To answer your questions, schedule and hold the free call, send you a proposal and follow up.

To improve our site and our assistant. We don’t sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

Only with providers that help us run the service and process data on our behalf: Cloudflare (hosting and database), Anthropic (processing the AI assistant’s replies) and Cal.com (call scheduling).

We may also share it when required by a competent authority under applicable law.

How we protect your data

All information travels encrypted (HTTPS) between your browser and our site, and is stored on Cloudflare’s infrastructure, which encrypts stored data.

Only the Bloomware team can access your data, and we use it solely for the purposes in this notice. Our providers receive only what they need to deliver the service and may not use your data for anything else.

AI assistant

The site chat is an automated AI assistant. It can make mistakes; what it tells you is not a formal offer. You can ask to talk to a person at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep your data as long as needed for the purposes above or until you ask us to delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use or withdraw your consent by emailing hola@bloomware.net. We’ll reply within 20 business days.

Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we’ll post the new version on this page with its update date.
